I don’t know if there is any english speaking gaming group in Paris, but I know some people in Paris playing every thursday night in the Ancora café, 3 rue d’Armaillé near Etoile station.

Where do you come from?
Personnally, i’m French but i don’t live in Paris (near La Bazoche Gouet in l’Eure et Loir), i can understand the English writers, but i can’t correctly write in English (i’m an Engrish specialist 
) and i don’t speak English very well.
I’ve already played (and makes events) with some English speakers gamers.

You also have the Harmonie Cafe where some people speak english enough for you to play with them. It’s in the 10th arrondissement (35 bd Magenta, near the station Jacques Bonsergent, line 5)
We gather there every wednesday evening from 7pm to approximately 12pm.
