Blue Moon à 3 ou 4

[Blue Moon City]

Has anyone anywhere come up with multi-player rules for Blue Moon yet? I couldn’t think of a reason why a reasonably straightforward adaptation wouldn’t work, that is, all rules same as 2-player except:

1) Players take turns clockwise around the table.
2) When it’s your turn and a fight is already in progress, you need only match or beat the first player on your right who has not already retreated. Otherwise you can start a fight or discard (as usual).
3) Continue the fight until all but 1 player retreats. That player attracts 1 or 2 dragons (as usual).
4) Game ends when any 1 player runs out of cards (as usual).

I haven’t tried this yet. The only issue I can see is that it might be nearly impossible for anyone to actually accumulate any dragons with 2 or more other players taking them away. If that’s the case, then you could try something like:

3.1) When attracting a dragon, if there is a dragon in the center, take it. Otherwise, take a dragon from the first player on your right who has one.

But now since multiple players could have dragons at the same time, I think you’d need a couple rules something like:

4.1) If the game ends (by a player running out of cards), the player with the most dragons wins. In case of a tie, the player with the most cards remaining in their hand and draw pile wins. If still a tie, the game is a draw.

Anyone tried something like this already?

Ca n’a pas encore été testé. Je vais essayer de le faire.
