I’ve reading the forum today to be able to offer an update - they do not expect to deliver this year, but something around Januray 2017. However, as Chris said, when a spanish backer asked, through a legal procedure, to be refunded or to have the game deliver by June 2017, GZ said that they will not promise that, and that they would refund the customer if he pays the lawyers’ fee - they argue that the the suit is not proper.
Their reasoning for saying so is that Dionisio appears to have incorporated one company (Ludofilia or something like that), and this company, which is the one who received the legal communication, says that the did not wrote down the bill - that GameZone did, and although they are going to publish the game because they have the rights, they have no legal obligation, that the legal obligation is one from GZ.
It’s a bit complex and I am not sure I understood everything, because there are different bills and, legally, some of them are on Dionosio’s own name and others, on the Ludofilia name (for instance, shipping costs for HQ are on Ludofilia, but the game itself on Dionisio).
I think that their communication - or lack thereof - still point to Januray 2017, but legally they do not want to answer that
